I miss NPCC a lot.LOADS,man.and I miss batch 11th the most. how i wish we cld go back to sec one where all look lyk sotongs.so blur.being tortured and all those stuff. hahax. I miss doing footdrills. I miss sing-a-long session. I miss being at pulau ubin eating the soggy chicken flavoured mee. and I miss being shouted at. Without the shoutings, it's not NPCC.hahax.

Hello,

Just wanna do some recruitment here.

First, congratulate all of u for reaching the final lap of your secondary school life. I understand that it is still exam week for everyone. Wish all of u all the best and good luck for all future endeavors

Next, to the main point of this post, I would like to do some advertising to everyone here. Some question to ask yourself before I go into it...Did u ever enjoy ur days in NPCC?
Did u have something that u regret doing/not doing in NPCC? Other den ‘bango-ing’ me
Did u still have the passion in NPCC?

And the main questions.

Did u ever consider joining the rank of CIs?

For many years since 2002, our unit has not been producing any CIs. This is a sad thing to see in our unit. Without people from CCKS, the unit culture will keep changing as different unit have different culture. With that changing, the standards will also be changing, how would the unit see any glory again? It is also a sad thing to us, as it seems that all effort done has failed to grow that seed of love for the unit in your heart, not to mention the value - commitment that we would really like to see in u.

Let me go through what CI mean to me.

In NPCC, the teacher officers are like the brain of the unit, deciding what is to be done and get things going. NCOs are the hands of the unit where things would be done. All with the objective of molding our juniors as strong leaders with right morals and the ability to succeed in the things they do in the future with the values inculcated to them in NPCC.

CIs are the combination of the 2. You will be the brain, pushing for activities, advising officers, planning and many more to learn and do. You will also be the hands, going to the ground to teach your cadets everything that you know, building them up, toughening them and having fun with them. They will love themselves for hating u but also hate themselves for loving u.

Being a CI can be an easy job and it can also be a tough job, its all in a day’s work. YOU decide what kind of job it is. It could be a job above all, an extraordinary life and being somebody.

Over the years, we have seen many batches graduated and together with them, various reasons y they don’t wan to be a CI. Let me list some….

I love NPCC but I dun wanna see miss ***, I dun like her.
I have no time for NPCC
What’s the point of coming back? I just dun see it.
U (CI) has always given me the impression that there are a lot of things to do. That’s too much hard work for me.
What if I dun get posted back to CCKS

All the above are just challenges that make u a better person, molding u to be more confident, a better leader and in turn benefit u in the long run. CIs are recognize by a number of people, NPCC is the largest uniform group, everywhere u go there’s bound to be people who will respect u.

Once I went for an interview, the interviewer was thinking of the next question, when he realizes I am a CI and immediately he asks ‘oh you are a CI? Ok, no more questions for u.’ this simple example shows you an example of how this commitment would benefit u in the long run.

Being a CI you will get to see / learn / do / experience many different things u would never see as a cadet.

It’s a pretty long post, to end off…

As written above, I would really urge YOU to consider the option of going for the rank of CI. If u are really interested I am sure u will not be disappointed.

they are off too NYAA cross cca exchange.but some NCOs still stay in NP. they are: nco rezeki, nco azizah, nco jovan, nco yu ann, nco sandy, nco aisyah, nco hazleen and nco chai kee.
